RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through this online store, operated by [POLNI NAZIV PODJETJA], [NASLOV], Slovenia ("we", "us"). Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of the European Union or of your country of habitual residence.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email sent to info@unplugged-sleeve.com). You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 6, but its use is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery to you (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

3. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods to address we will provide you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Numbered Series

Certain products are individually numbered as part of a limited series. The serial number is assigned automatically in order of purchase, is decorative in nature, and does not constitute personalisation within the meaning of Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The numbering of a product does not limit your right of withdrawal in any way. Where a numbered product is returned, the corresponding serial number is permanently retired and will not be reissued.

5. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from delivery, as provided by Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). If the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, please contact us at info@unplugged-sleeve.com with a description and, where possible, photographs of the defect. Remedies (replacement, repair, price reduction, or termination of the contract with refund) are provided in accordance with applicable law. Return shipping costs for defective or non-conforming goods are borne by us.

If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and retain the packaging.
