1. Operator and Scope

This online store is operated by Tomaz Smrekar s.p., Slovenia, registration number
9696326000, (DDV STATUS: not identified for VAT), email info@unplugged-sleeve.com (the "Seller"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made through this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Provisions of mandatory consumer protection law of the European Union and of the consumer's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

2. Nature of the Products

The products offered in this store are passive physical objects made of cardboard and paper. For the avoidance of doubt: the products contain no electronic components, no software, no radio-frequency or signal-blocking technology, and no functionality of any technical nature. Any descriptions referring to effects on device usage describe the intended manner of use by the customer, not a technical function of the product. The Seller makes no representation that the products alter, restrict, or interact with the operation of any electronic device.

3. Fictional Elements

References on this website to "FEED™", the "Office of Subject Management", "subjects", "harvest", "filing", and related names, characters, documents, and statistics presented in that context are works of fiction and satire created by the Seller for artistic and branding purposes. They do not refer to any existing company, organisation, or person. Any resemblance to actual entities is coincidental. Fictional statements shall not be construed as factual claims about the products or any third party.

4. Numbered Limited Series

Certain products are produced in numbered limited series. Serial numbers are assigned automatically in the order in which purchases are completed. The Seller does not guarantee the availability of any particular number. Numbering is decorative and does not affect the function, conformity, or statutory treatment of the product. Serial numbers of returned products are permanently retired. The Seller reserves the right to determine the size and closure of any series; statements that a series is limited refer to the numbered edition as offered and are made in good faith.

5. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the store constitutes an invitation to place an order. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded in English. Before submitting an order, you can review and correct your entries at any time within the checkout. The Seller may refuse an order in justified cases (e.g., unavailability, suspected fraud, manifest pricing error); any payments already made will be refunded in such cases.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). The Seller is not identified for VAT purposes; VAT is not charged pursuant to the applicable small business exemption. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are displayed at checkout before order submission. Accepted payment methods: Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, Klarna, and MobilePay. Payment processing is performed by the respective payment service providers; the Seller does not store payment card data.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available to the countries listed in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times are indicative. For deliveries to destinations outside the customs territory of the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland), any customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees are borne by the recipient. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and contains the statutory information and model withdrawal form.

9. Statutory Guarantee of Conformity

The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods which exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). In case of non-conformity, the consumer is entitled to the statutory remedies (repair or replacement, and, under statutory conditions, price reduction or termination of the contract). 10. Intellectual Property

All content of this website and of the products - including but not limited to texts, product design and shape, illustrations, photographs, graphic elements, the fictional universe described in Section 3, and the names and signs "Unplugged Sleeve", "Reclaim Skin", and "FEED™" - is the property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by copyright, design, and trademark law. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without the Seller's prior written consent is prohibited. Purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Seller's liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or under mandatory product liability law. Subject to the foregoing, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of the website, and the Seller's total liability in connection with any order shall be limited to the amount paid for that order.

12. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Pursuant to the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS), the Seller declares that it does not recognise any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of consumer disputes. Complaints may be addressed directly to info@unplugged-sleeve.com; the Seller will respond within the statutory time limits. Supervision over the Seller's operations is exercised, within its competence, by the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (Tržni inšpektorat RS, Dunajska cesta 160, 1000 Ljubljana).

13. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The Seller may amend these Terms; orders are governed by the version in force at the time the order is placed. The current version is always available on this page.
